Welcome. At Las Catalinas we are building a new town. It is a beach town, lively and friendly. It is a hilltown, with magnificent views, drama, and mystery. The first portions of our town have recently been completed. It is a place for connecting with nature. It is a place for connecting with the people you love. It is a place to re-connect with yourself and your own aspirations.
Las Catalinas is located on Costa Rica’s northern Pacific Coast, just north across Bahía Potrero from the town of Flamingo. Our 1,200 acres are filled with and surrounded by beauty with over 2 miles of dramatic coastline, great beaches, trails through the hills, amazing wildlife both on land and at sea, and a climate that pulls you outside to enjoy it all.
