20 Calle la Ronda has the fine long view down the axis of Plaza Escondida and beyond. It also has a long view down a future plaza on Calle la Ronda. The addition of a roof deck (not drawn, but we think it is a good idea!) would provide killer ocean views as well. The main entrance is into the second floor, where the kitchen/dining/living area flows onto a covered loggia and into a private side courtyard. Nice! Upstairs is a fine master with a large loggia to enjoy the view down Plaza Escondida, and a second bedroom. Downstairs is a large flexible area that is drawn as a large guest suite but could also be a pair of bedrooms, or a bunk room, a studio, etc.

22 Calle la Ronda has a wonderful site on Plaza Escondida, plus nice shots of ocean view. The main level offers indoor and outdoor dining options and is great for entertaining. The house includes three bedrooms in the three-story main house and one in a single-story guest house. All are generous and suitable for couples. There is also a study/flex room downstairs which could accommodate more guests in the event of a full house. The lower level entrance to the plaza is elegant and surrounded by lush landscaping. The large fountain/pool of Plaza Escondida is just beyond. This is a great property for a large family group or a larger group of friends to enjoy together.

The elevated terrace is one of our favorite hilltown elements, and this house has a great one! The second floor has two fine bedrooms, including the master. And the third floor tower bedroom is exceptionally cool, with excellent ocean views. A basement level could provide convenient storage for your Las Catalinas toys.

11 Paseo Del Mar is located in a prime spot along Las Catalinas’ beachfront promenade.  This house by Ricardo Arosemena provides fantastic ocean and sunset views, and easy access to all the attractions of our beach town. The main floor has generous living, dining, and kitchen areas wrapping around a beautiful courtyard and pool with outdoor shower.   The primary dining area is located in an open air loggia overlooking the beach.  The living room/den to the rear can also be used as a fourth bedroom.

The second floor has three bedrooms. First is a luxurious master suite overlooking the beach. The second bedroom is also of master quality, and overlooks the courtyard, with beach beyond. The third bedroom is smaller but also has a private bath and overlooks Paseo de los Niños.
