Casa Pinita has four bedrooms, which include two ground floor masters with king beds and en suite bathrooms, a bunk room in the tower, and smaller bedroom/office on the main floor. The house has four full bathrooms, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen. Casa Pinita is perfect for a large family, for two families to share, or for a group of friends.

There are spacious outdoor living areas on each of Casa Pinita’s three floors, and each space has a unique feature to experience. As you enter the home at the ground floor level, you will find yourself in a private courtyard. One of the master bedrooms opens onto this courtyard, where you can enjoy your morning café con leche while listening to the soothing fountain, waves crashing on the beach, and sometimes, howler monkeys greeting the day! Proceed up the interior stairwell to the main living floor, where your housemates may already be sitting at the dining table enjoying a traditional Costa Rican breakfast of gallo pinto, fresh tropical fruits and eggs, or playing a board game on the patio. One level above the main living floor, you’ll find the colorful bunk room, which has a stunning ocean view and its own private terrace, as well as a full bathroom. Up to six people can sleep in this room, making it a perfect place for cousins or young friends to bunk together and bond while adults enjoy peace and quiet below.
