Registering Your Clients: To ensure that we’re properly introduced to your clients, register them using this form. This simple process protects your commission and helps our sales team work together with you to introduce your referral to Las Catalinas.
Cooperating Broker Commissions: Our commission structure for brokers is simple: We pay a 3% commission to the cooperating broker, provided a sale occurs within 12 months of registration, or re-registration. To ensure that you receive credit for your referrals, please register them.
The Las Catalinas Preferred Broker Program: We invite all brokers to participate in the development of Las Catalinas. You do not need to participate in our Preferred Broker Program in order to bring clients to Las Catalinas. Whether you introduce us to dozens or clients each year or only one person over the life of our development, we welcome and look forward to your involvement.
We’d also like the opportunity to keep you up-to-date on our development progress and work closely with you in selling property in our community. To facilitate that working relationship, we’ll soon launch the Las Catalinas Preferred Broker Program.
In return for making some simple but important commitments to Las Catalinas, we’ll invest in you to help you sell and market our real estate. Some of the benefits of participating in our Preferred Broker Program will be:
- Your firm will be included in our online inquiry form as a referring partner. If selected by the lead, your broker-in-charge will be automatically copied on the inquiry. We’ll accept that inquiry as an automatic registration, ensuring your participation in any sale that occurs within a year of registration (or re-registration).
- You’ll receive insider updates on inventory and our development pipeline.
- You’ll receive copies of our most up-to-date marketing materials.
In return, we’ll ask our Preferred Brokers to do the following:
- Become familiar with our community, so that you can effectively present not just our homes, but Las Catalinas as well. This requires that you get to know our development leadership and sales team.
- Market Las Catalinas in a manner that we approve. We’re grateful to all the brokers that discuss Las Catalinas on their websites. To be a part of our Preferred Broker Program, we require that you get our approval on how you present the community on your website. This helps us to ensure that you’re presenting accurate, up-to-date information in a manner that’s consistent with our own message.
