We’re pleased to announce the availability of Las Catalinas’ first custom home lots for sale. We’ve just finalized the site plan for Paseo Punta Penca’s 18 homesites, and as of today, we’re making nine of them available for purchase.
Lots 16 through 27 on Paseo Punta Penca sit 15 to 40 meters above Playa Danta (see Punta Penca’s location on the Las Catalinas Master Plan). Each has a dramatic ocean view, and offers a perfect site for a unique custom home. The even-numbered addresses (plus number 27) are located long our waterfront property line, generally above a small cliff which leads down to a portion of the beach that is partly rocky and partly sandy. Lot 20 opens onto a small, secluded, section of sandy beach. The odd-numbered lots are no less desirable, as their additional altitude gives them a clear view over the houses on the down-hill side of the street. At the far end of the point, lots 25 and 27 offer the ultimate in dramatic settings with views out to the west as well as back toward Playa Danta.
All these lots offer an unusual combination of drama, privacy, peace and quiet, and easy access to the beach and the center of Las Catalinas town. They range in price from $250,000 to $675,000.
