Punta Penca (in the foreground above) is a dramatic peninsula jutting to the southwest just south of the central part of Las Catalinas’ beach town. Paseo Punta Penca runs along the hillside just above the beach, and the homesites here offer an unusual combination of drama, privacy, and easy access to the beach and the center of Las Catalinas town. They are truly some of the most desirable lots that will ever be available in Las Catalinas. They range in price from $250,000 to $675,000.
Lots 16 through 27 on Paseo Punta Penca are the first ones available and they sit 15 to 40 meters above Playa Danta. Each has a dramatic ocean view, and offers a perfect site for a unique custom home. The even-numbered addresses (plus number 27) are located along our waterfront property line, generally above a small cliff which leads down to the beach. Lot 20 opens onto a small, secluded, section of sandy beach. The odd-numbered lots are no less desirable, as their additional altitude gives them a clear view over the houses on the down-hill side of the street.
