Assists in the preparation of dishes in the kitchen. Performs routine kitchen tasks, such as organizing stations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
Responsabilities:
- Check the good condition of the food and the stock necessary to meet the daily sale.
- Prepare and cook food for sale.
- Cook food according to time and quantity.
- Check food preservation daily.
- Collaborate with cleaning and organizing freezers and cold rooms.
- Control the correct operation of freezers and refrigerators, verifying that the temperatures are appropriate for each type of food and arranging the products for optimal conservation.
- Stay alert to the availability of different foods, to collaborate in the preparation of the shopping list and prevent shortages.
- Assist in food preparation.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Assist in the reception and storage of kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team.
- Prepare ingredients for cooks.
- Maintain kitchen equipment in good condition.

Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Cooking – Culinary Arts
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year of experience in similar positions, Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Technological tools: Knowledge of the Office 365 Package
- Language: Basic English Not essential
