JOB SUMMARY
The Content Creator will support our Sales & Marketing team in capturing the beauty, culture and lifestyle of Las Catalinas. As Content Creator you will be responsible for producing engaging and visually captivating content that highlights various aspects of town: Real Estate, Events, Well-Living, and more, to be distributed in different communication channels as part of our marketing efforts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-quality and diverse content for our brand's website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Curate, edit and strategically deliver content across multiple communications platforms
- Produce visually appealing content including property listings, virtual tours, and informative guides.
- Attend and cover town and local events, festivals, and happenings, creating engaging event recaps, interviews, and promotions.
- Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and community members to create collaborative content that promotes the destination.
- Capture stunning visuals, photos, and videos that showcase the day-to-day life in town as well as construction progress.
- Develop content calendars, strategies, and ideas that align with the brand's marketing goals
- Edit content provided into prescribed formats
- Conceive scripts and produce video content to bring Las Catalinas’ stories to life, taking into consideration the different marketing targets, audiences, and customer types.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while upholding the Core Values & Beliefs
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Must have the physical ability to stand, sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time and perform site inspections throughout town
- Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills in both English and Spanish (maybe even a third language!)

- Gather and accurately assess information related to the organization’s communications channels and power relationships
