Chef Gilberto Briceño brings his passion for locally sourced ingredients to this crafted culinary experience that involves an exploration of nature, followed by a hands-on cooking lesson. This unique opportunity lets you connect with Costa Rica’s incredible biodiversity and modern cuisine.
Your group departs from the Playa Danta beachfront. From there, Chef Briceño guides you along the coastal trails of the dry forest reserve surrounding Las Catalinas. After 30 minutes of identifying and collecting edible wild plants, you return to your home or head to the Beach Club to prepare a hyper-local, plant-based meal that includes both the foraged ingredients and fruits and vegetables from farms in the region.
